I've been a qualified coach since 2019 and since then have helped people get clear on their goals and take steps towards them.

I've worked in Human Resources for 14 years so understand people, their challenges and how to support them moving forward.

Also a yoga teacher having qualified in Guatemala in February 2022. This has given me a grounding in meditation and spirituality, aspects of which I use in my coaching.
