Where I started:
I got my career start in athletic coaching, health & wellness, and recreational programming. Along the way, I had the opportunity to design programs from scratch, hire and build kick-ass teams and make my way to the executive suite. My favorite moments during those years were when I was able to bring professional development to my teams and help them find and land their ideal jobs - even if it was for an outside organization! Through this experience, I learned what helped candidates stand out.

As a certified international career coach, change management specialist, and storyteller I help people enjoy their careers with no regrets. We work together to land you in an organization and role you can grow in, find mentorship and not feel so stagnant.

Harnessing a 20-year career as a recruiting manager, successfully leading teams through major changes and landing in the executive suite myself, I now help people through the most challenging times - when they are making a radical shift, such as:
