I am a Life Coach certified with the International Coaching Federation and Executive Coach who specializes in personal growth, relationship and career coaching. Based in South Florida, my collaborative, solution-focused approach offers clarity, direction, and positive support that will help clients effectively address personal as well as professional challenges.

From high profile executives to workplace newbies, mothers to recent college graduates, I serve as a private practitioner to a broad spectrum of clients, committed to helping them realize and become the best versions of themselves.

Holding both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work, I have spent decades helping women find direction while recognizing their true potential in all aspects of their lives. In addition, I am a non-profit CEO, have served on many boards and have also presented locally to general audiences speaking on the topics of leadership and management.

Through face-to-face video conferencing and/or phone sessions, I integrate coaching techniques, helpful assignments and practical feedback to offer a highly personalized program tailored to you.
