Hi, I am Adeline.
And I am a lifecoach. I feel emotions deeply. Good or bad.
Anxiety, shame, anger, jealousy - no emotion is out of bounds.
I try my best not to run away from these emotions.
And then I alchemize them to grow and heal and to be triggered less by life.
Now, I want to sit with others, to process their emotions together with them.
To understand THEIR triggers, figure out what their hearts desire,
the relationships they want, the life they want to build,
and the version of themselves they want to be.
And to make sense of any other curve balls life throws at you, I will sit together with you.
