About Susan

My coaching clients describe me as both supportive and challenging. Support comes in the form of creating a safe environment for them to open up and talk freely. Challenge comes from being truly present in the conversation and asking questions that stretch their thinking.

I am motivated by mastery, the desire to get better and better at something that matters, and I bring this to my coaching. My aim is to help my clients be as good as they can be and while everyone has their own map of the world my role as a coach is to help my clients explore new territories. In this respect I am creative and intuitive coach drawing on a number of coaching tools and business models.

With a natural curiosity I come to every conversation without judgement, to understand more and to speak the truth. I stand beside my client as an equal in the relationship for the purpose of helping my client achieve their objectives.

With a career spanning several sectors, functions and HR specialisms within complex and diverse organisations I help my client see the bigger picture in situations they face so that they can move from awareness to action.
