Kirthi Lilley, MD

I am a full time practicing gastroenterologist and mother to three girls. As a certified life coach, I believe that coaching can completely change someone's life's trajectory as it has done for me. I am passionate about helping physicians overcome their overwhelm, burnout and time scarcity so that they can take charge of their lives and create a rich and fulfilling life. I am involved in leadership roles which gives me an unique edge in coaching those involved in academic practice setting or in leadership roles. My approach to coaching involves creating an environment of deep introspection and channeling your own inner wisdom to make decisions that put you in the driver seat of your life.
