About Meg
I’m a coach, connector, entrepreneur, Ironman finisher (Louisville, October 2019) and recently I added cancer survivor to my list of descriptive words. However, the most important roles I hold are wife, mom, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.
I’ve channeled my creative, adventurous spirit and a life-long passion for serving others into a career and calling and I rarely have days that feel “like work” because coaching and working with non-profits brings me so much joy.
In 2016 I founded my coaching and consulting business in hopes that I could help strengthen individuals and organizations and I’ve been lucky enough to help hundreds of people and dozens of non-profits over the last several years. I work in a variety of ways. I offer life and executive coaching and work one-on-one with individuals. In addition, I offer group coaching sessions and retreats. I’ve worked with non-profit leadership teams and boards and small to mid-sized businesses. I’ve even been called in to facilitate sessions in board rooms and for women’s getaway weekends, group coaching can be a great way to grow with some of your closest friends.
