Karen Smith

One day, while I was meditating, I asked God to help me find my purpose.

After 21 years in corporate America—10 of those as an executive—I could feel deep in my spirit that it was time for a change. But after so many years of making decisions based on logic, data, and results, it was hard to trust my instincts.

That’s why my conversation with God that day meant so much. I heard clearly: Your purpose is to help people.

And that’s how Pure Light Leadership was born—a sacred space where I now guide others to meet their full potential, move past fear and suffering, and find balance and harmony through the Divine Laws of Wealth.
