I earned my Credentialed Practitioner of Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Institute. I founded Veruzé Transformative Coaching after spending more than 20 years leading teams in large corporates and small to medium organisations across a range of industries.

The name Veruzé (veh-roo-zay) is drawn from the Latin phrase Verus Sui, meaning Authentic Self or True Self. It reflects my belief that meaningful change begins when we reconnect with who we are at our core—beyond titles, expectations, or external pressures.
