I am a qualified counsellor and an experienced coach specialising in performing arts. I have extensive experience in the music industry as a singer-songwriter myself and have toured and travelled the States and the UK with my albums. My experience in the industry lends deep insights to my clients’ needs as an all round performing artist. I have helped artists regain confidence, change perspectives and regain a sense of self through identity work.

I released my book ‘Facing My Own Music’ which gives an inside view to the effects of the music industry. I cover topics of validation and conformity and expose some people who
I have worked with.

I have a track record of assisting clients within the field of show biz assisting a range of issues that can block or sabotage the artist. I cover past trauma issues to relationships, stage fright, auditions, tours, and coping with media/public eye. I locate the core issue and work with my clients’ needs. Often it is a mindset issue and a question of reprogramming thoughts to create new experiences.
