About Cecelia
As a burnout survivor, I have felt the pain of not knowing my next step because of the overwhelm of EVERYTHING. Work, home, headspace, heartspace... there was too much of some which led to a lack in others. As I navigated my journey, I wished that I had someone to help me look to the future that I couldn't yet picture but knew that I desperately needed. I committed to helping others navigating their own journey. My goal is to help you navigate your journey, avoiding and emerging from burnout.
