I’m Joy, a Holistic Organizing Coach who guides busy parents and professionals to tidy up their homes and hearts so they can live more fulfilling lives, free of stressful physical and emotional clutter.

My Background

I’m a one-woman (ADHD-fueled) show of a coaching business which I started in Fall 2024, after hurricanes Helene and Milton messed up my home town of Tampa Bay.

It got me thinking about my life’s purpose and ikigai, and my conclusion was that I was in a soul-sucking career and quit my job!

In 2025 I searched for my next step, figuring out my Sparketypes (essentialist, scientist) and listening for clues. Then I heard a life-changing podcast about the magic of tidying up as a KonMari Consultant. It was a perfect match!

Something still felt incomplete within me until I followed the call to be a Conscious Coach with Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Coaching Institute and I received my certification in 2026!

I’m proud to say that my search for meaning has found many gems buried deep inside me, and I’m beyond ecstatic to share my wisdom with you.
