Hi. I’m Mary.

I’m no stranger to grief. I lost my husband to cancer more than 20 years ago. My children were one, two, and five years old.

Over the years, grief and I have become well-acquainted.

I’ve experienced it, observed it, studied it, read about it, researched it.

I’ve talked with dozens of women experiencing grief and walked with them through it.

I founded a grief ministry and co-facilitated a grief support group.

It only makes sense that I would redeem my experience and use what I’ve learned to walk with you through your journey.

I received coach training through a program accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

I use standard coaching techniques coupled with Bible-centered and brain-based teaching to help you function well as you heal from your loss.

I’m passionate about helping you. I’m here for you when you need a hand up.
