Kristina Krizic

I'm Kristina, an Executive Communication Coach for the Reliable Ones. I work 1:1 with capable, trusted professionals, especially internationals and expats, who overdeliver at work and still get overlooked. My focus is helping clients communicate their value clearly, build executive presence, and finally get seen, promoted, and heard the way their work already deserves.
Communication is the foundation of everything I do, and it's not theoretical for me. I've built and rebuilt a professional identity three times, across Croatia, Italy, and Germany, in PR, journalism, TV hosting, proofreading, social media management, and internal communications leadership. I work daily in four languages: English, Italian, Croatian, and German, moving between them the way most people move between rooms in their own house.
That international, cross-cultural experience isn't a side note to my coaching, it's the reason I do it. I know what it costs to be fluent in a language and still not know how to say what you're worth in it. I know the specific exhaustion of adapting to a new country, a new team, a new set of unwritten communication rules, while quietly losing the thread of your own voice along the way.
I'm currently on the ICF ACC coaching pathway. My sessions are held online, and I work with clients across Europe.
