My journey of transformation began in 2012, after the birth of my son. I enrolled in a Coaching Certification program and Reiki training both in the same month. It was through Reiki work that I discovered my intuitive gifts, and that I had the unexpected ability to channel messages from the Ascended Masters. Over the past decade, I have developed an unshakable trust in my wisdom, gifts, and capacity which has allowed me to create the life I love.

After many years of coaching women through life and career changes, I realize I love supporting women in developing the confidence to achieve their dreams. This led me to create my coaching program – Reset to Yes, which supports women in developing a relationship with their wisdom, confidence, and power.

I offer one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and personal and business strategy sessions, as well as personal clarity (intuitive guidance) sessions.

Over the years, I learned that taking myself and my life too seriously, was getting in the way of real, authentic connections. My style is light-hearted, upbeat, and genuine, and it is important to me that my clients experience a welcoming, safe environment in which they can develop unwavering confidence in themselves.
