Lynn Torossian

I am a transformational healthcare leader with over 30 years experience leading high performing teams and building successful organizations. I served as the CEO of multiple hospitals, in three different healthcare systems, as well as a system level finance executive. I am a successful change leader, speaking nationally on the subject as an American College of Healthcare Executives faculty member, and am published internationally on this subject.

I am also a catalyst for change for my clients. I serve leaders as a trusted, experienced advisor and thought partner, helping them improve their performance personally and organizationally.

I trained and was certified in coaching by The Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, California, and am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.

I am also a certified yoga instructor, and actively teach group yoga classes.

My family includes my husband of 37 years, Tom, and our adult children, Mike (Brianne) and Lauren (Kie). Tom and I love to spend time together either playing with our dog, Myla, or on the water.
