About Ela

I didn’t become a coach because I had life figured out. I became one because I know what it’s like to have to figure things out again.
For 20 years, I worked in HR, supporting people through difficult conversations, career decisions, workplace challenges, and major transitions. Along the way, I also experienced my own share of change, uncertainty, and starting over. Those experiences changed the way I think about resilience, success, and what it really means to move forward.
Today, I work with people who have reached a point where something isn’t working anymore. Maybe they feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure what they actually want. Maybe they’ve spent years taking care of everyone else and have lost sight of themselves in the process.
I don’t believe coaching is about fixing people or handing them the answers. You know your life better than I ever could. My role is to help you slow things down, ask the questions that are sometimes easier to avoid, challenge the assumptions that may be keeping you stuck, and make sense of what you already know somewhere inside.
My approach is honest, grounded, and personal. No motivational speeches. No one-size-fits-all formulas. Just a conversation where you can be completely honest about where you are and start figuring out where you want to go next.

I coach in English and Bosnian and work with clients online.
