About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, and educational leader with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, families, educators, and professionals through periods of challenge, growth, and transition.

Throughout my career, I have worked across clinical, educational, and leadership settings, giving me a unique understanding of both people and the systems in which they work and live. I have supported individuals navigating stress and burnout, guided students and families through complex circumstances, supervised professionals, and held leadership roles focused on student support, mental health, counseling, and organizational systems.

My coaching style is strengths-based, practical, collaborative, and direct. I believe people should be active participants in their own growth rather than being told who they should become. Together, we identify what is working, what is getting in the way, and what meaningful progress looks like for you.

I particularly enjoy working with people who are entering a new chapter, whether that means pursuing leadership, changing careers, recovering from professional burnout, developing confidence, or simply realizing that the life or career that once fit them no longer does.

As a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership at Seton Hall University, I also bring a systems-level perspective to my work. I understand that success is not solely about individual motivation; workplace culture, opportunity, identity, relationships, and organizational structures matter too. My goal is to help clients recognize what they can change, advocate for what they need, and make intentional decisions about what comes next.

I work with professionals, educators, helping professionals, emerging leaders, teens, and young adults who are navigating change, growth, or uncertainty. My clients may be pursuing advancement, transitioning into leadership, considering a career pivot, experiencing burnout, building confidence, or trying to determine what comes next.

I also support adolescents and young adults as they develop confidence, self-advocacy, decision-making skills, and a stronger sense of identity and direction.
My coaching is especially suited for people who are capable and accomplished but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, underestimated, or ready for something different, even if they haven't yet figured out exactly what “different” looks like.
