About Andreas
Andreas Pettersson is the founder of Leaders ADAPT, an executive coaching and leadership development firm in Cypress, California. He was a tech CEO for ten years, including as Canon's youngest CEO, and is the author of Power Without Permission and host of the Adapt or Die podcast. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
Andreas coaches owner CEOs and senior executives on the problems they actually bring: cash and pricing, hiring and team performance, sales growth, and AI adoption. He works 1:1, runs the CEO Mastermind (a peer group of twelve CEOs), and leads an Executive AI Program, all built on the ADAPT leadership framework. In person in Orange County and Los Angeles, and remotely across the United States.
