Alongside my extensive experience in senior leadership positions including 20+ years as a Headteacher, I employ a wealth of coaching skills to support senior leaders and managers in areas which include induction; team-building; managing challenging people; workplace culture; capacity building; stress management; life balance; imposter syndrome; confidence building; career development; change management.
I deliver training and development in the workplace for staff to develop their coaching skills.
The underlying and ever-present purpose of coaching is supporting the self-belief of others. As such, my coaching style exudes warmth, partnership and accountability with polite challenge reflective of my belief in the power of coaching and the track record of my clients’ positive transformations.
