I'm a former psych nurse and social worker, originally from Scotland and now living in NZ for 17 years. I love making a difference by helping others to make a difference in their own lives.

I have been a communication and mindset coach for over two decades. In that time I've helped hundreds of managers build healthy relationships and look after the emotional well-being and performance of themselves and their people.
