About Felix

Hi, I'm Felix.

I believe that real change often begins when we start to see things differently.

Sometimes life feels stuck. We face difficult decisions, question our direction, or sense that something needs to change without knowing exactly what. Coaching can offer a space to explore these moments.

My approach is warm, curious and non-judgmental. I don't come with ready-made answers or a formula for how you should live your life. Instead, we explore what's happening, how you see yourself and the world around you, and what new possibilities might emerge.

Before becoming a coach, I spent 20 years working in an international corporate environment, including leadership roles in brand strategy and partnerships at adidas. I've experienced the opportunities, pressures and uncertainties that can come with professional life and change.

Today, I work as an Integral Development Coach, bringing together this professional experience with a developmental approach that considers not only how we think, but also our emotions, relationships and lived experiences.

People come to coaching with many different questions. Some are navigating career or life transitions. Others are exploring leadership challenges, difficult decisions, recurring patterns or simply what they want from the next chapter of their lives.

You don't need to have a clearly defined problem or goal before we begin.

I offer one-to-one coaching online worldwide and in person in Nuremberg, Germany, in English and German.

If you're curious, I'd love to have a conversation.
