Kimberly Herbert

Hi all! I'm Kimberly and I live in the beautiful state of North Carolina with my fiance (husband as of 4/22/2023), my 8-year-old Yorkie, and our 4-year-old Red-Eared Slider.

I have three grown children and 4 gorgeous grandkids. I have battled Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Agoraphobia since 2010. Now, I am using the knowledge I have gained over the past 12 years to help other women fighting the same anxiety monster.

I cannot count the number of things anxiety has taken from me! My job, my home, and my car, however, have definitely been the most significant and heartbreaking. I will never forget the look on my middle son's face when the repo truck showed up at 3 am. It was at that moment that I knew I HAD to do something. I had to get my anxiety under control before it took my entire life from me.

Through trial and error, aggravation and frustration, tears and laughs I have now reached a point in my life where I can boldly say "Yes, I have Anxiety Disorder, but Anxiety Disorder doesn't have me!"
