I’m passionate about supporting the development of leaders, teams and entrepreneurs . My training, experience and straightforward approach help my clients uncover deep insights that become the catalyst for their personal and professional growth. I believe that uncovering and appreciating our strengths and previous successes allows us to see possibilities that are before us. I also work with clients to uncover and challenge limiting beliefs, build skills to support their success and broaden their perspectives to create different outcomes.

I come to my coaching career having worked as a senior Human Resources leader for over 20 years in national and international organizations across various sectors. I have experienced what it takes to emerge as a leader and build high value, high performance teams. Our challenges regardless of industry are similar, our opportunities for exploring, engaging and evolving are unique.

I am a certified Dare to Lead facilitator and an Integrative Enneagram Practitioner which gives me the tools and processes to work with clients to discover what values they live by, what motivates them to act, think and feel as they do and how courage, vulnerability and resilience play a part in their work.
