About Maureen

Neurodiversity coaching, education, and training with individuals, organizations, and their allies. Harvard University administrator: Career Services, Human Resources, Recruiting, & Disability Services
Over 20 years of this experience empowers me to empower others with neurodiversity awareness, appreciation, and strategies to apply to any area within one’s personal or professional life.

My experience in a nutshell:
➢ Neurodiverse education and training to professionals
➢ Expertise with career and life coaching
➢ Expertise partnering with neurodiverse adults
➢ Over 15 years education: Autism Spectrum / Asperger’s and related neurodiverse profiles
➢ Educate and train in a wide range of areas
➢ Events, programs, and resource management
➢ Workshop design and presentation
➢ Coaching undergraduate & graduate students, alumni, staff, and other adults outside of academia

Merge these experiences with many of my personality characteristics and the end result is a life view that can be nicely described by borrowing a few words from a well-known Autism advocate, Temple Grandin:
"When I was younger, I was looking for this magic meaning of life. It’s very simple now. Making the lives of others better, doing something of lasting value. That’s the meaning of life, it’s that simple.”

Each day I experience personal and professional fulfillment. This is accomplished because I leverage my well-honed skills and strengths, curious and collaborative nature, commitment to empowering others, and value a diverse and inclusive community. I bring to my professional life these skills and viewpoint to assist an organization to flourish.
