About Margaret

Have you ever seen someone else’s life on social media and thought to yourself, "Wow, that person is truly living my dream life! What am I doing with my life?”

Have you ever felt stuck and didn't know how to move forward? Perhaps you are going through a career transition or pivot? Or you have always dreamed of transitioning to another sector or job, period but always stopped yourself when "reality set in"?

Maybe you've always dreamed of getting into the best shape of your life but never managed to achieve that target weight. You were excited about the goal and you even made it past the first few weeks but then lost the momentum and motivation before the end of the month.

Hi there, I'm Margaret, I have struggled with all the above and I know how challenging and isolating it can feel. I am a Certified Life Coach with a focus on career transitions, habit formation, health, wellness, and fitness. I can help you navigate this transitional journey and we can devise an actionable plan to help you turn your real life into your dream life.

I received my life coaching certification from the ICF-accredited Coach Training Alliance school.

My coaching also draws from my 6+ years of experience in the global non-profit sector, as well as my knowledge in life design, behavioral change science, habit formation, goal setting, happiness science, international development, education & training, psychology, and social sciences to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals.

Don’t you owe it to yourself to live your best possible life? After all, we only get one shot at this thing called life. Might as well live our dream life.
