Jeng Macalagay

Jeng Macalagay is a Career Coach committed to making the professional support typically limited to the “Executives” or “Top Performers” accessible to young leaders. She helps young professionals uncover their unique strengths and find clarity on who they want to become to live more fulfilling careers and lives in general.

She has 19 years of experience in various industries where she successfully moved into different roles and leadership positions. Over 10 years of which were in Human Resources, she led the people strategies on Talent Management, Performance Management, and Leadership Development. She could tell you how she got into the roles she wanted, got promoted, and rocked a month-long project in Paris, but that would be boring. She’d rather YOU do it!

She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Coach currently working on her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialing. This means she underwent an ICF-accredited Coach Training program to qualify as a Professional Coach.

Jeng is also a full-time solo parent to Patrick, a 17-year-old musician who thinks his mom is the coolest! She loves to sing and sometimes writes about herself in the third person.
