Hi! My name is Megumi.

I work with corporate leaders who want to raise their communication skills and leadership mindset. Through my coaching, my clients achieve alignment with themselves and become better leaders. I also mentor and train leaders to use coaching skills on their 1on1 and other communication.

Many of my clients are expats or those who lead multinational team members. Through my own experience living abroad for over 14 years, I coach my clients to have better understanding of cross cultural communication and develop multinational team members. I also focus on self-care and self-maintenance for leaders. When leaders are aligned with themselves and achieve the right balance in their life, they can maximize their potential as a leader.

As ICF PCC coach, I also mentor and train coaches to meet ICF standard coaching skills.
