Dianne currently works as a workplace conflict consultant delivering workplace assessment and restoration services to organizations facing multiple challenges. As a consultant she has worked and continues to work with high-level leadership to conduct one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and develop/deliver agency-wide training sessions on conflict resolution, bullying & harassment, unconscious bias, and healthy communication. Dianne works with organizations to identify the underlying issues, patterns, and concerns that can lead to toxic work environments so as to help organizations create an action plan on how to move forward.
We all have a drive and need to feel connected, accepted, understood, and fulfilled. As a coach, Dianne strives to facilitate the process of having purposeful conversations that will focus on areas that are of personal interest/need. These conversations are completely confidential and designed to focus on increasing self-awareness, enabling learning, & growth, and help clarify goals and values to foster meaningful change. Coaching is also an opportunity to explore strategies and plans for personal and professional development that is future focused and action oriented.
