Dianne works with organizations to identify the underlying issues, patterns, and concerns that can lead to toxic work environments so as to help organizations create an action plan on how to move forward.
We all have a drive and need to feel connected, accepted, understood, and fulfilled. As a coach, Dianne strives to facilitate the process of having purposeful conversations that will focus on areas that are of personal interest/need. These conversations are completely confidential and designed to focus on increasing self-awareness, enabling learning, & growth, and help clarify goals and values to foster meaningful change. Coaching is also an opportunity to explore strategies and plans for personal and professional development that is future focused and action oriented.
