Richard Burke

After completing my business degree and MBA, I started a long career in marketing and leadership. This included roles in both the business and education sectors. Ten years as President of a $25 million ecommerce company selling high end office furniture, five years as Vice President of ecommerce at a Fortune 500 Company and more than ten years as Director of Marketing for both B2B and B2C companies. While working full time, I taught marketing in the evenings to students pursuing their MBA. I joined Lewis University (a midsized private university outside Chicago) fulltime and spent three years as the Director of the Graduate School of Management and as a full time teacher.

On a personal note, I have been married to the same woman for nearly 40 years. I am the father of three adult children. My oldest is a doctor who serves the military community and the father of my Grandson. My middle child is a Creative Director for a large entertainment Company. Lastly, the baby of the family is a Medical Consultant currently serving a hospital in Boston. All are doing well.

I have been coaching people with transition journeys. Recent college graduates looking for a career job. Veterans transitioning from military service and finding the right job. Lastly, executives focused on growing their careers and their businesses the right way. I am looking for clients who are trying to be their best self both in their personal and professional life. People who work with me accomplish more than they anticipate. Finding a better job, re-starting after a long commitment, getting promoted or just getting better results from your Team. Usually resulting in feeling better and reaching your full potential.
