My Why: I started from a very broken place and experienced moments where I questioned my existence. I was in a place where I felt voiceless, boxed in, afraid, and lonely.

I had to make a decision whether I wanted to live or die. I chose to live and that required me to do the work.

I wanted to create a platform (Sisters N-Courage) where other women, both young and mature felt like they were being heard and knew that they were ready for growth; creating a sisterhood amongst other women, is something I love because it demonstrates that we know how to love each other genuinely.

So, as an Empowerment Life Coach, I help women to shift their mindset, step into their power, and reach their full potential in order to fearlessly fulfill their passion and purpose, through the power of sisterhood
