Do you feel stuck? Frozen? Hyper? Let's start there... I am an energy healer and a Trauma-Informed Coach. I will hold a safe space for us to begin our journey of deep work together. I know how our body holds trauma, and can help my clients safely release it to help them begin to see ways to move forward in whatever direction that they feel held back from.

I come from a place of curiosity and compass, and my "secret sauce" is the ability to hold a high vibrational space where healing and wholeness can emerge.
