Christa Cusack O'Neill

I discovered my healing journey about three years ago, post-separation and post-empty nesting. I am now a best-selling author, film school graduate, hypnotherapist, brain spotting, and reiki practitioner. I am also a Certified Narcissistic Trauma-Informed Coach. I am Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Narcissism informed. And as a Trauma-Informed Positive Psychology Coach, I am capable of helping others.

After educating myself to understand the whys of my life and my happenings, I have been able to fill myself with self-love as I continue to reparent myself along my continuous and neverending healing journey. It is now a beautiful life.

Before these discoveries, I was a people pleaser. I was bottled up with trauma and fighting strength to prove myself unnecessarily in business, at home, and more. I hid my internal conflict wounds and thought I could do it all. I should have known better because I was always already enough, loveable, worthy, and important as you are too.

After discovering healing, my passion is to share all my tools to help facilitate your recovery. All healing is self-healing. I would be honored to be your guide.
