I'm a follower of Jesus, husband, and father to 4 incredible young men!

I'm a bourbon connoisseur, recreational pitmaster, amateur podcaster, and California 🏄🏻‍♂️ transplant living in Middle Tennessee....and yes, the Mexican 🌯 food REALLY is better there. 😅

I've been coaching entrepreneurs and business leaders since 2016, and my mission is to help leaders be more effective so they can build stronger families and healthier organizations.

The 'why' is because I've walked with too many entrepreneurs that have had successful businesses but failing family lives...and that's not ok.

At the end of the day, I love helping and serving people (where my Enneagram 2s at?!).

One of my favorite ways to connect is kneecap to kneecap over a bourbon.
