Titles- wife, mom, sister, friend…now coach

I am 27 years old, and since becoming a mother i have found that I forgot who i was. I was a title…a mom. When people asked about myself I would answer those 5 titles above. That’s who i was. I forgot who I was BEFORE them.

I started watching self motivation reels on IG, then reading self help books , then investing in my growth i found that I was MORE THAN those titles. I was me.

As an older woman in our society we live by titles…when we start dating, becoming engaged, getting married. We tend to forget ourself but It’s my mission to bring empowerment & love back into ourself to be the best we can for our family & friends
