I was consistently putting in 60 to 70 hour weeks trying to stay on top of everyone's work. I received no formal training or support so I spent countless hours researching and reading about how to be a good leader. I finally got to a point where I solidified my unique leadership style and it was a game changer in terms of confidence and work life balance.
