I'm Alex. Most people call me AJ.

A little about me. I've started and currently run two successful businesses. In addition to managing my employees, I work in a leadership role in an organization and have a team of 10+ people reporting to me. I've been able to take my team from being disjointed, unmotivated, and aimless to one that is connected as a team, takes initiative, and has the tools they need to carry out their jobs with success.

My experiences have helped me learn to listen and communicate effectively, as well as how to motivate my people and create a thriving workplace. If you're a self starter who is willing to work hard and take the advice I give, I'd love to help you do the same.
