About Dr Tarek

A Coaching agreement between us is more than just a contract, it is a celebration of you taking ownership of “Mastering Your Inner Game”. Together we will understand the interferences stopping you from reaching your full potential.

Performance = Potential – Interference
(Gallwey, 2001)

Removing them is Your Game!

Trust is like sincerity—it is difficult to define and impossible to "manufacture."(Gallwey, 2001).
I don't believe in a sale pitch since coaching is mainly creating a safe space and deep relationship between us! book a 50min free no-commitment session with me to tell me your story, and know how I went from designing race cars for the 24h of Le Mans to coaching.
