Going to college is a big step toward becoming independent, with real consequences and outcomes, but still within a familiar structure.

Becoming an adult is living life at a different pace with people who are no longer just peers. Adult real-world daily life doesn't include familiar dramas of academic deadlines, and built-in social activities.

Starting where they are right now, I help young people figure out where they want to move toward. Then, we'll co-create a plan that moves them forward, at their pace.
