In this new place, you may feel alone, like a fish out of water and you might be having a hard time to adjust. If you even moved countries then you know that culture shock is for real. Not to mention reverse culture shock.
I know the struggle is real which is why I became an ICF certified life coach who specializes in expatriate coaching.
