I am a business & mindset success coach passionate about helping entrepreneurs to take their mindset, lives and businesses to the next level so that they can be in love and excited about life!

I have been an avid student of the mind and the powerful potential we all have. As your coach, I will challenge your thinking and guide you step by step through the process of changing your circumstances to get the results that you want.

My Journey:
I’ve been captivated with mindset and positive psychology for as long as I can remember. As a young girl who experienced her own share of trauma, I always tried to put a positive spin on any situation. I was not going to identify with feeling like a victim. These tools and techniques really helped propel and create all the abundance I continue to have in my life.

Mindset matters most – without the right mindset success will be elusive. The best part – it can be learned, there is no magic you have to drink and infinite possibilities can be ours easily. We have to believe it to see it!

My other love is business and entrepreneurship. I have been involved in at least 5 startups, including the one that changed my life – moving to Canada in 1999 to start a brand new company – I arrived with 2 suitcases and $1000 to my name on the Labour Day weekend in September. We started with no clients, no staff, phones and built it into a $4million dollar a year business in 18 months with a team of 14.

I started business coaching new startups in 2009 and have never looked back – I fell in love – here I could help businesses and entrepreneurs to create success and wealth for themselves AND get paid to do it! I was in with both feet! I have a number of coaching designations, the skills and the business experience to help you build what you want for your business and life.

My industry experience is broad from owning a few different of my own businesses in aesthetics, jewellery, health & fitness, tech and working in corporate and non profit industries – the fundamental elements of business success are the same for all businesses with a few tweaks here and there. Business strategy combined with mindset is what I love working in.
