Hey Y'all!

I'm coach El! A former founder of a tech start-up and MBA who uncovered my passion for coaching through implementing the unique leadership practice of employee-focused coaching. I built my company helping my team member's uncover their purpose, build their confidence, and tie their personal passions to our organizational mission.
I sold my shares of the company in 2018 and began training to become an ICF certified Life & Mindfullness Coach. I have served as a coach for the last five years and trained with and attended programs by some of the most renowned coaches in the industry.

It is my philosophy that life is the manifestation of the beliefs one has accepted as truth.
If we change our beliefs, then we change our lives!

I live out my purpose daily through functioning as as an advocate for evolution in the lives of people who desperately desire a new normal and are committed to changing any area of their life.
