Elizabeth Swan

I am an ACC and certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach specializing in transformational 1:1 coaching. Through curiosity and powerful questions, I hold space for clients to inquire within and discover what blocks them then breaks them through to an experience of life that is aligned with what matters most in each moment.

Within the coach-client collaboration, my clients create goals in alignment with who they are, have accountability for taking inspired action toward achieving those goals, and navigate daily life such that internal knowing aligns with external experience. The uncertainties of life are inevitably met with more certainty.

I draw from a variety of methodologies to facilitate an inquiry that is unique to each client, their goals, and desired outcomes or experiences. I am influenced by dedicated studies of somatic inquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and The Work of Byron Katie. I have personal experience and on-going interest in giftedness, neurodiversity, generational patterns of addiction, and living & caregiving with ALS.

I am a mother, sister, widow, planner, writer, and life-long inward-journey nerd. After over 20 years in professional life and consulting services, it is my privilege to turn toward the vocation of coaching and partner with clients on their journeys to living the lives they long for.
