Meghan Murphy

Hi, I'm Meghan! I have been working as a human resources and talent acquisition professional for 7 years, and received my Life Coach Certification via Lumia (Formerly JRNI) Coaching. I am also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Registered Yoga Teacher.

I have personally experienced working in several toxic corporate environments, one of which caused me to have frequent panic attacks and thoughts of taking my own life. It was going through this experience, and pulling myself out of it and into a career I love, that inspired me to want to help as many people as possible find more career satisfaction and fulfillment.

Work does not have to be a terrible experience, and you were not put on this planet to have the "Sunday Scaries"!
