Together, we will focus on building your confidence by reducing self-judgment, identifying your core values, and being more present in the moment. This is more than just achieving goals...it's about living with authenticty and integrity.

I offer my services at a lower cost than most coaches so that we can meet on a weekly basis. I offer in person, zoom and facetime appointments.
