I am a mommy and wife. I love sweet tea, french fries, sunflowers and the smell of lemongrass. I’m obsessed with planners and organizing my day the old-fashioned way: with a handwritten to-do list.

As the Director of Recruitment + Admissions at Year Up, I tackle social injustices by assisting Opportunity Youth and those vulnerable to social injustices with their educational and professional growth.

As an MSW, I desire experiences and opportunities that will allow me to work for the broader community, advocating for systemic changes that will positively impact under-served populations in urban cities across the country.​

My 10-year career at Radio One Atlanta provided a unique platform for cultivating my enthusiasm for the social work profession. As the former Promotions Director for Praise 102.5, I have a proven track record of creating compelling events and award-winning programs that benefit individuals, families, and communities.
