Andy Kinmonth

Andy, a retired industry executive, spent thirty years in the global petrochemical business. He worked for Shell in commercial and executive roles, including President of Shell Chemicals (Canada). Throughout his career Andy demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a caring voice of reason.

In 2010, Andy discovered executive coaching and entered a new stage of growth and opportunity. Andy has earned the credential of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation. In 2014 Andy was elected to the board of the Calgary Chapter of the International Coach Federation. In 2017 he is served as Vice President.

Andy also volunteers as a Leadership Coach for the United Way GAIN Team supporting agencies in their leadership development
