Pelin Uzay

I am a conflict management, career, and life coach based in Texas, where I am also an attorney. I offer coaching services in both English and Turkish, and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Before coaching and practicing law, I spent two decades in New York, studying and working in film. During that time, I was a producer and consultant on numerous film projects. I was also a partner and owner of two production companies, and I oversaw a film grant program at a global non-profit organization.

My coaching journey began with my interest in conflict management. I have found that effectively resolving conflicts and addressing injustices requires personal growth and consideration of future possibilities, rather than solely focusing on current issues and past obstacles.

I firmly believe that coaching, with its focus on potential and the future, is a valuable tool that fills a significant gap in all aspects of life. As a result, my practice has grown to include life and career coaching services in addition to conflict management coaching.

As a conflict management coach, I work with clients who are working on resolving disputes in their workplace or personal lives. I help them better understand the underlying causes, identify areas of improvement in communication, and develop effective strategies to resolve disputes.

As a career coach, I work with clients who want to choose a career path that matches their values and interests, whether they are looking to make a career change, start a business, consider a new job opportunity, or re-enter the workforce after taking time off to focus on family or personal growth.

As a life coach, I work with clients who want to make changes in their lives. I help them understand what is holding them back, develop effective strategies to overcome obstacles and take action toward their goals.

My belief in the power of self-awareness is at the core of my work, and I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their maximum potential. As a coach, my job is to ask powerful questions that help my clients gain insight and find their own solutions.
