Diane Hastings

I’m Diane Hastings and I believe that creating our own reality involves dreaming big and then taking millions of little steps in the right direction. We can take the road less traveled, take a detour, and even end up somewhere we never planned to go, with a view even grander than we ever expected. My goal is to support others in identifying the next step in their dream and hold them accountable in a supportive and empathetic way.

The idea of helping others build their small idea into a side hustle or turn their small business into a thriving company is one that came to me in the wake of the covid pandemic. Like millions of others, I shifted my workflow and re-evaluated what made me truly happy.

I found myself inspired by the journey of building my small cover band into a bustling, six-figure events business. From 10 events in 2020 to 150 events in 2022, I know what it means to work hard, build systems, manage tasks, and keep dreaming big. The satisfaction I feel in the growth of Vintage String Music is what inspires me to help others to believe in themselves and keep on dreaming.
