Triple A Program (Access, Assist, Align)

Access- to birth education so you can feel safe, informed and content with your birthing experience

Assist- process trauma and cultivate healthy wellness practices that promote self-love, healing and community.

Align- create healthier connections with new and existing relationships to experience community support

Details:
Program-3 months
Meeting- Biweekly (virtual or in- person)
End of Month Report/Wrap up call (what was accomplished, questions/concerns)
